Putting a small advert in a local paper may have been slightly cheaper, but how many adverts would I needed have to run to find the ideal applicant, not to mention the time and aggravation if fielding the telephone enquiries, arranging interviews etc etc. Even after placing adverts in Industry journals or local media you are not guaranteed to find the person you are looking for so using your service where you only pay if you come up with the goods is for me an absolute no brainer.
